Established late in 2013, Encore Electric specializes in design built, design assist, commercial tenant improvements, and term contracting. Our mission is to provide high quality service to our clients by maintaining valuable partnerships throughout the construction industry. Encore Electric seeks to outperform and exceed expectations while bringing creative solutions to all projects in which we are involved. We currently have about 20 employees and most of our current work is electrical tenant improvements within the Anchorage area. We are competent in the installation of special systems to include phone/data, fire alarm, nurse call, door access, security, and CCTV.

With over 35 Years in the Electrical Construction Industry, Kevin began as Hunter Electric in 1986. Hunter Electric had a high success and project completion rate by keeping a low overhead and small crew. They continued their success until 2001 when they closed their doors to begin new ventures. In 2013, Kevin and longtime colleague Scott Anderson merged their talents to create Encore Electric, LLC.
Having a passion for helping Electricians become the elite in the industry, Kevin believes in teaching, training and mentoring our staff. Therefore, Encore can provide the highest quality of craftsmanship available. |
Since 1983 Scott has immersed himself in the construction industry. He gained his experience by beginning as an apprentice and working his way up to journeymen through on the job training. In a short time his skills were recognized and he began managing large scale projects and crews. His projects ranged from 50,000 sq. ft. all the way to 225,000 sq. ft. in size. As a project manager he was budget conscious, creative and able to think outside the box to accommodate his clients. His ability to effectively communicate with his clients and crew makes him a phenomenal leader.
In 2005, Scott went to work at Megawatt Electric as an Estimator and Project Manager until 2013. During this time, Scott realized his ability to effectively negotiate for his company, generating high volumes of business with a large profit margin. |
Encore Electric is always striving to bid and acquire projects that keep us up to date on current changes and improvements to our industry. Our projects are vast and vary in pricing and specifications. We specialize in many aspects of Electrical Work so we can always provide the highest caliber of product to our clients.
